Standard Classes are structured by both style and skill level to ensure each dancer receives appropriate, progressive training. Dancers enroll in individual classes focused on a single style—Ballet, Jazz, Tap, or Hip-Hop—offered at three levels: Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate), and Level 3 (Advanced). This format allows dancers to build strong technique, grow at their own pace, and deepen their understanding of each style in a focused, supportive environment.
Ballet is a classical dance style that is referenced in other styles. In this class, dancers learn proper technique and posture through structured exercises and graceful movement. Ballet builds strength, discipline, and confidence while introducing students to the classical art form.
Jazz is an upbeat, energetic style that blends technique with personality. Dancers learn turns, leaps, and dynamic choreography set to current and classic music. This class builds flexibility, strength, and stage presence while encouraging each dancer’s unique expression and confidence.
Tap focuses on rhythm, timing, and the musicality of movement. Dancers use their feet as percussion instruments, learning patterns, terminology, and coordination through both tap combinations. Tap builds precision, listening skills, and a strong sense of rhythm — all while having fun making noise!
Hip-Hop is a high-energy class inspired by street dance and today’s commercial styles. Dancers learn grooves, footwork, isolations, and choreography to age-appropriate music. This style boosts confidence, athleticism, and freestyle creativity, giving dancers space to express themselves in a supportive environment.
