Studio policies

Payments

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A $10 late fee will be added 5 days after the due date.
Accounts must be current for dancers to participate in class or performances.

Registration fee

A one-time, non-refundable $25 fee per season.
Covers administrative and registration processing for dancers.

Dress Code

Ballet: Leotard, tights, and proper ballet shoes.
All Other Classes: All-black, form-fitting activewear or EDS gear.
Shoes: Proper dance shoes are required for each style (jazz shoes, hip hop sneakers, etc.)

Photo Release

By enrolling, families acknowledge that dancers may be photographed or recorded.
Images may be used for studio marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

Attendance

Dancers are expected to attend class consistently.
Excessive absences may impact performance eligibility.
Students arriving late may be asked to observe the warm-up for safety.

Class Cancellation

The studio will notify families of cancellations via email/social media.
Weather cancellations often follow the local school district schedule.

Refunds

Tuition and fees are non-refundable.
Refunds or credits are only issued in special circumstances determined by the studio.

Withdrawals

A written notice (email acceptable) is required to withdraw from classes.
Billing continues until notice is received.

Liability Waiver

Families agree to a liability waiver acknowledging the physical nature of dance.
The studio is not responsible for injuries that may occur during classes, rehearsals, or events

Behavior and Conduct

Respectful behavior is required from all students and families.
The studio has the right to dismiss students for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Safety and Personal Belongings

Dancers must follow the teacher's safety instructions at all times.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Communications

All official communication will be sent via email or posted on the studio website/social pages.
Parents should ensure their contact information is up-to-date.
